We easily replace/exchange items if they are received defective or damaged from our end or there is any size issue. We have  7 days exchange policy, and the product needs to be couried back to our warehouse address.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Making a small video clip while unpacking is recommended.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/replacement on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We accept exchange of products in case of Dye defect, damaged fabric and embroidery colour mismatch. Once we receive the product ,we will fix the issue or make fresh piece based on the type of issues mentioned earlier.

Refunds
As we follow slow and intricate process, each of our garments are made to order basis and are marked on No Return and No Refund.
